The Dixie Dress is the newest product I’ve designed to add to my ready-to-wear collection. You will love having this pretty style maxi dress in your wardrobe!
A romantic style oversized maxi dress, with 2 sleeve length options, a fabulous ruffle neckline, and a pretty front button placket opening and inseam pockets.
Handmade in the most beautiful cotton needlecord in 4 different shades. Rust, Mustard, Brown or Burgundy.
Whichever fabric colour you decide will look fabulous in its own right.
The Dixie is such an easy-to-wear and stylish dress design. You can style it down for a casual look with tights, and chunky boots and layered with a skinny sweater underneath. Or style it up with heels, and sparkly jewellery for an evening dinner date!

All our ready-to-wear clothing is handmade to order with care and attention to detail here at The Dressmakers Closet.
Please allow around 15 working days for me to make each piece. Need it for a special occasion or deadline then please let me know and I will give it priority.
If you’re ordering more than 1 garment, the time may be extended slightly, please contact me for a schedule on delivery.
The Dixie Dress bodice is designed to be slightly oversized and the measurements are taken from the finished garment.
XSmall = UK 2-4 bust 36.5″ waist 36″ length 47″ sleeve length 12.5”
Small = UK 6-8 bust 38″ waist 38″ length 47″ sleeve length 12.5”
Medium = UK 10-12 bust 40″ waist 40″ length 47″ sleeve length 12.5”
Large = UK 14-16 bust 43″ waist 43″ length 47″ sleeve length 12.5”
XLarge = UK 16-18 bust 46″ waist 46″ length 47″ sleeve length 12.5”
2XLarge = UK 20-22 bust 51″ waist 51″ length 47″ sleeve length 12.5”
