The Fleur Pinafore Dress – PDF Sewing Pattern
The Fleur Pinafore dress is the perfect pinafore sewing pattern and will become your favourite go-to pinafore dress pattern (although the Poppy Pinafore is a good contender) LOL!
With a high-cut bodice style, bust darts and a gentle scoop neckline, a tiered maxi-length skirt and inseam pockets, it all creates a dreamy feminine silhouette.
The bodice is fully lined giving a seamless and neat finish to the armholes and neckline. This is achieved by using the ‘Buritto Method’, which I explain step by step in the instructions and also on a YouTube tutorial too.
It is such a versatile design and can be worn on its own in the warmer months and layered with pretty blouses and fine knit sweaters for the autumn/winter, making it perfect to adapt to the seasons.

Fleur Pinafore is designed for light to medium-weight woven fabrics, such as cotton, chambray, linen, gingham, needlecord, denim, viscose, and crepe chiffon. It can also be made using a heavier weight fabric such as wool and boucle, experiment and have fun.
Skill Level
Fleur is a perfect project for the confident beginner. Learn techniques like adding a lining to the bodice, adding pockets, understitching, and gathering.

The Layers Function
Both Print-at-Home and Print Shop pattern files are included in the layers function!
You can choose to turn on and off any number and combination of pattern sizes to suit your personal needs and preferences. Refer to page 4 of your instructions for how to use this function.
Pattern Files
This pattern comes with an A0 Print Shop Version included so that you don’t have to print and piece your pattern together at home if you prefer! Simply download the A0 version and send it to your preferred print shop.
You will need a software program that reads PDFs like Adobe Reader (which is free to download).
This pattern can be printed on both A4 and US Letter paper.
